I'm 39 weeks today 😍 ..I was just wondering two days ago I had my membrane strip to start labor and yesterday I lost my mucus plug.....I have heard pineapple will help you start labor ? is it true....I need some advice on what to do ?😱

I read you have to eat 5-7 whole pineapples for it to maybe do something. I think walking or sex would be a better option.
Fresh pineapple, sex, walking A Lot, nipple stimulation are all safe. please do not use castor oil!!

My water broke this morning around 3 something. I got up to pee two different times and it started running down my leg. How long until I go into labor?

My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
