I'm 39 weeks today π ..I was just wondering two days ago I had my membrane strip to start labor and yesterday I lost my mucus plug.....I have heard pineapple will help you start labor ? is it true....I need some advice on what to do ?π±

I read you have to eat 5-7 whole pineapples for it to maybe do something. I think walking or sex would be a better option.

Fresh pineapple, sex, walking A Lot, nipple stimulation are all safe. please do not use castor oil!!
