they usually want paperwork from ur Dr stating due date, so it's helpful to have that before you go in

I just walked in. They ask for id, proof of address, income, and proof of pregnancy. I just took my sonogram photo

Your doctor also has to fill out some paper work verifying your pregnancy that you take with you when applying for WIC

I just walked into my wic office just make sure you have your idea, your pregnancy letter, and insurance card

Every state is different , some let you just call and make an appointment or you have to go to the office and fill out the application and they'll give you an appointment that same day or they'll mail it to you @elainaelise
