I wonder how much more weight I'll gain during my twin pregnancy. with my first pregnantcy I went from 103-150 at 9 months. this pregnancy I started at 114, now at 140. I'm only 6 months pregnant and I have 2 1/2 months to go till 36 weeks. I'm not sure how many lbs you gain in a week. but I'm definitely hoping for big babies. (140-150 i think is a great weight to have non pregnant. it's just hard for me to keep it on for long.)
