So I have a history of 2 miscarriages. The last one was a year ago. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hemorrhage and I was bleeding for a week before I miscarried :( I'm pregnant again and went to my appointment last week. My doctor saw that I had a subchorionic hematoma during my ultrasound and said it may or may not go away on its own. He told me it's nothing to worry about. This morning at 4 am I woke up to use the restroom and I was bleeding a little. I am currently 8 weeks and hoping I don't have a mother miscarriage. Has anyone experienced this? What was your turn out and what did you do? Thank you in advance ❤️
I went into the hospital at 6 weeks due to bleeding and pain. The doctors at the time seemed to forget to even tell me about my low lying placenta and hematoma and sent me on my way telling me in fine and nothing was wrong. They sent me back to work the next day. I was a caregiver looking after 100+ people some 100% disabled. Thanks to the bleeding coming back I dragged myself to the hospital at 11 weeks only to be told the truth and how the other doctor "choose" not to tell me about the hematoma. Needless to say i left my job knowing my little one should come first. The doctor told me no intercourse, heavy lifting/pulling/pushing, and to destress with tea. she also explained keeping a normal pattern of my day can help. like morning coffee, daily walks around the same time, and "trying" to sleep about the same time every day. Since then the bleeding and pain have stopped and my placenta has raised enough to not be a huge concern. Im 20 weeks and my daughter is as healthy as ever.
Keep your head up and dont stress. (i know easier said then done) Best wishes to you and your little one.
Thank you! I'm a student nurse and on my feet 12 hrs a day too. Today is my third shift in a row. I'm trying to take it easy but they bleeding has stopped.
