yes I am but I am almost 2 cm dilated and my cervix is very thin

lots of rest and plenty of water is what they have told me

@mommyof632, @babylanders @karnamarie @apolitano thank you all for your help today! I'm back home and resting. Preterm labor test was negative and no dilation or effacement!! They told me to take it easy and gave me some stuff to do at home to try and relieve back pain!

I would call my doctors office for something like that everybody pregnancy is diff

if your having more than 4 in an hour definitely call

@karnamarie, I haven't been timing everyone but I know I have had quite a few in the last 45 min. I agree she needs to stay in there much longer. Thank you for your advice!

Have you tried timing your BH? They maybe contractions if there is a pattern... I would call though 33 weeks is too early
