I don't know what it's like to have your mucus plug show it come out however woke up today to pee there's blood on the tissue and when I wiped a couple times it showed. Also feels like cramping down there. Should I go to the doctor?

It could be if you had sex the night before. my doctor warned me about that ,although I never experienced that.

Yes go in . that's what's they are their for to check you and make sure everything is ok . It could be your mucus plug but doesn't mean your going into labor
