I'm 33 weeks, 3 days and have preeclampsia. I was in the hospital for the lady 3 days, released on bed rest. My initial plan was to breast feed, I'm wondering how breast feeding will be effected if my little peanut comes early!
Has anyone had experience with this?

It shouldn't. I heard it's the placenta detaching that sends off hormones that brings your milk in.

it shouldn't unless you have problems which would've prevented you from doing so anyway. I asked my doctor the same

@emily18234, @ray42812 ok thank you both!!! I have a follow up doc appt today so I'll be sure to bring it up. But I'm hoping I can breastfeed!
