omg and it's not fun I can't fall asleep before 1 or 2 am. it's horrible!

Melatonins are okay, I got the okay. You can find them in the vitamin section

I had bad insomnia while i was pregnant, now my baby is 5 weeks old and it's even worst now. I've been up all night it's now almost 6:30 in the morning and I want to sleep but I know baby will be up again to eat and then shortly after that my other littles will be up. I hate having insomnia!

Lol! it sucks, right?! grrr

that's my problem... I'll get to sleep but i don't stay asleep... i listens to 3 hours of Bob ross let night to try and be bored'ed to sleep... @maddiecakes2011

I take benadryl...works for like 2 hrs annnd I'm up. again.

Ive been taking 2 melatonins, and man do they help, I used to not sleep at all. Now I sleep from 10-5 sometimes 6am. But they sure do knock me the hell out
