I'm 29 weeks and when ever I'm on top during sex my stomach get these horrible pains across it right over my belly button, what could this be ?

I've been known to have cyst on my ovaries before I got pregnant I was on birth control for cyst. so maybe that's what it is, thank you :) @jonilynn8011

I have a cyst on my ovary and the pain is bad during sex.  Go see a doctor ame get checked out.
