I wanna cry with all the pain I'm in. My breast are engorged and they hurt so much they always full and makes it hard for Ne'vaeh to latch on so I pump and filled up 5 different bottles and they are still full and hurt ! 😢😢😢😢

@lacybearden, I would take a hot shower and it's just a relief for 5mins I also use the warm compress and it's the same thing

Personally, taking a nice hot shower made me feel so so much better. That happened to me sometimes with my son, especially when he'd randomly go all night with no feeds. Or you could probably just try a nice hot wet rag on them. But the shower would feel better, I promise you.
