What can I do to get rid of this horrible headache because sleep has not been working.

@nicole1213, I have had migraines the whole pregnancy and tylenol doesn't touch them. I have tried everything. If you don't want to lay in the bath a warm compress on the back of ur neck and the ice in the front/top of your head works too. I loved laying in the bath until it became too hard for me to get back out of it.

Lay in a warm bath with the lights off and put an ice pack on your forehead with the back of your head in the warm water. The contrast helped relieve my migraines.

Yes Tylenol or just acetimetophen

Really the only thing you can take is Tylenol. I swear pregnancy headaches are the WORST. I had severe migraines the whole first half of pregnancy. I hope it passes soon momma 🙏
