Took my strep b test today no matter what test I take it's always nerve racking because I have to wait on the results ugh. Anyways I was kinda upset cause my doctor said she will not check my cervix till I'm 38 weeks like really I'm 37 weeks u really can't check smh.
@josiah16, you shouldn't be worried every doctor different I don't think she would have done anything if it was going to cause harm to you or baby

well my doc asked me did I Wana be checked n im 37 weeks she said nothing about that but not it git me worried n im 1 cm dilated
neither did I but that's what my doctor said which makes sense! so your doctors not just being a stubborn butthead, he's just looking out for you and your beeb! and I bet you are! I still have 2 appointments until they'll check me:(

I had the strep b test today too and asked my doctor to check! I'll be 37 weeks Friday. she said they don't do it before 38 weeks because it introduces bacteria to the cervix that can hurt the baby so they're just protecting your little one. I know its annoying cause I wanted to know if I'm dilated at all too but whatever's best for my baby:) next week will be here before you know it!
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
okay so I tested earlier this afternoon just cause I haven't felt great really tired and then have been getting really hot and nausea but haven't gotten sick. my stomach this last week has been funny idk how to explain it? though maybe it was just a bug or something well I tested and forgot about my test... I found it like this does it look faint positive? I'm going to retest in a couple of days because this is my ovulation week??
So I'm kinda new here. My husband is in the army and stationed in Germany and I miss him terribly. He just went back over there after being home on leave for three weeks.. Hoping to find out tomorrow if I'm pregnant! I'm really nervous... I keep having dreams that I am, but I'm honestly terrified of the test saying I'm not... 😔 he and I are hoping I am, and if the test says I am tomorrow, I'll be able to give him one Christmas present on time!!
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
So , I'm at the doctors using the bathroom to take my pee test and when I wiped there was a little blood in my discharge , is that normal at 38 weeks ? 😐
