I have caught that nasty flu bug that's been going around. :( i can't keep anything down. I've tried water that just comes right back up so does sprite and Gatorade. I've tried chicken broth and crackers. Is there anything else I could drink or eat that will stay down?
cold liquid can make your stomach contract which will encourage vomiting. I took my son to the ER after 4 days of not keeping anything down and that's what they had us do. (granted He is smaller and his body will dehydrate faster, but better safe than sorry with little baby baking.) They have us a syringe and a timer for every 5 minutes lol. He was able to keep the liquid down and it passed within another day or two.
I had it also it was 24 hours before I could keep anything down but I was still producing urine so I figured it would pass longest 24 hours ever but it did pass
Dehydration can very much kick start early delivery. I suggest small amounts of Pedialyte or Gatorade (maybe 5ml every 5 minutes) at room temperature.
I will try it. I'm nervous with being almost 38 weeks pregnant and being sick
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
May be tmi but... I've only used the bathroom once since my surgery (jan 30th) and my belly hurts so freaking bad 😭 I feel like I've tried everything and nothing helps.. I've used enemas, stool softners, magnesium citrate, i tried coffee.. Is there anything else I can try!? The first time I went the only thing that helped was milk lol but I tried that again and nothing 😩 my belly is constantly gurgling.. It's kind of embarrassing 🤦🏻
Any other remedies for morning sickness?? I've tried fruit I've tried dry foods and peppermints .... I can't seem to keep anything down fluids included 😖💔 this baby is treating me so mean
Any remedies for nausea before I call the doctor about some medicine ? I tried almost everything.. I cannot keep anything down..
Trying so hard not to break down... She has been so fussy the past two hours. Even nursing she takes herself and cries... I've tried gripe water and that doesn't help either... I feel like I'm failing because I don't know what to do
Try freezing Gatorade in an ice cube tray and just sucking on those. I saw someone on here post about that if you're having problems keeping liquids down !
