I'm a ftm and I just ordered my breast pump through my insurance today. They gave me the option of a Medela manual or automatic pump. I chose the automatic pump. Does that mean that with this pump I can only use it when I have a power source or does it allow you to use batteries or pump manually as well. Does anyone know who has it or has used it????

You can use it with or without battery for the manual it's honestly better then manual because u really wanna protect ur hands ...and good thing to know you get to KEEP your pump now they never let u before but it's a hygiene thing now

It's just electric. You can buy a car charger for on the go though.

I'm pretty sure its only if you have an outlet to plug it in.

I'm not sure, but I know most of them are now. I'd just call and ask @jaydensmom
