She may turn on her own if she hasn't sometimes the Dr will try and turn her. I've heard you can deliver a baby breech though

your 1cm dilated meaning your cervix is open a fingertip and 70% effaced means means how soft your cervix is when you are at 100% effaced your cervix is paper thin
