diabetic mtb!!!!! just wondering if there are any out there who are struggling with their sugars? or any mommies who did struggle and if affected your baby? my sugars jump some days. and other days they dip. need advice worried

where im at is limited for any doctors . we have 1ob office no endocrynologist and my diabetic nurse doesnt see me anymor e. so im bot sure whats going on.
I struggle with my sugars before I became pregnant I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia and I have to prick myself three times a day for now and since I have been pregnant it hasn't affected the baby she healthy but it has gotten worse but they sent me to a nutritionist that I have been seeing since I was about 12wks along and she helped me with a stable meal plan and helped me keep my sugars at a good range
levimir And regular. 20 units of each every morning & night. and 20 units of regular at lunch
