@mypeanut, it helps me to wake up and eat something first thing before I even get out of bed. Then I lay in bed for a bit and let my body kind of digest the food to normalize my blood sugar before moving around

Thank you all so much. I love my preggie pops maybe I should try peppermint also. I just don't want to have to always eat crackers in the morning but I drink ginger ale also. I just wake up at 6 am and morning sickness hits hard. @lyanne @vanessa7057 @lottlemamma94 @katiemomma2be

also peppermint and the preggie pop drops helped me as well

Unisom works a bit but it's also a sleep aid so it will make you tired. Eating small meals throughout the day has helped with my nausea... Although it doesn't kick it completely. Some women swear by "preggie pops" you can get them at target or baby's r us or on Amazon.
