They literally do EVERY THING. My mom took me as a surprise and they won't scared to get in there like I needed because I was sooooo sore. Definitely check out their website and reviews online. And she had a coupon at that time so it was $60 for a $100 package.

Perineal Massage My midwife suggested I start perineal massage starting this week (35 weeks) through to the end to prevent tearing. Not gonna lie, it's not a good time and the word "massage" is wildly misleading. Has anyone done this? Any success stories? Waste of time?
