I just need to vent for a second...
I don't care that my husband goes out. I don't care that it's occasionally to a strip club. With that being said he works so much and alot of the time we just skate passed each other. What bothers me is that his brother asks him to go out like 3 times a frickin week and I'm the bad guy for asking to spend time with my husband. I'm a stay at home mom of two littles it's nice to have adult interactions. we are about to get a house his brother will be moving with us and I'm not sure I can handle being the bad guy all the time. I just want to spend time with my husband.
@mommastone, we try. it's hard with his schedule. Most weeks his days off are weekdays and it's hard to find sitter.
I would try to set up a date night a few times a month.
Questionable texts on my husbands cell. I'm not usually the type to snoop, but I have a terrible gut feeling. I just did a bad thing and texted asking who they were. I feel like I'm crazy for even doing that. ughh. my heart is racing.
Does anyone like their in laws?
With all the posts about terrible in laws I was just wondering if anyone actually likes their in laws?!?! I love me in laws. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful immediate and extended family. My mil loves spending time with my boys. She comes over at least once a week and will sleep over. She gets up with the boys in the morning and let's my husband and I sleep in. My fil is a great man also. He's always coming over to visit and do some odd jobs around the house...
I broke down at my moms house today ... because of the debt we owe and Passover is coming and it’s a very expensive holiday ... it was just way too much .... my mom i guess told my brother that I’m suffering and he called me over and asked me why i didn’t just ask for help, and offered to help when i need it . And gave me basically 4K to help for the month and if i need more to ask ... now one thing about me , is that i will suffer silently and won’t ask for help.... I’ve always been that way. ...
My husband just asked if they have a app for first time dads or just an app for dads to discuss parenting
My step daughter asked her daddy to make sure she is there when the baby is born. She is 5. I almost feel kinda bad that I don't want her there. I just want it to be my mother && my husband to be honest. I truly don't even care for visitors at the hospital either. I just wanna wait awhile. Anyone else feel like this?
Ah that's hard! Maybe ask him to stay in on one of those days he goes out? Like have a date night at home or family night. He must know how important it is to you. Maybe he's stressed.
