my midwife put me on a medicine for my iron and it's making me terrible headaches (which it says is a side effect) but dang I just want it to go away!!!

Yes the apple juice works!!! @ankanelly96 I don't know if you like smothered liver but it is filled with iron

I'm doing the liquid and that's a side effect with the liquid to. and I tried to eat more foods with iron it just aint helping me. I drink Apple juice every day that helps me from being constipated. @mrslaflare

I decided to eat more foods with iron because the side effects suck. The pills will make you constipated as well. Good luck
