today I went to go see my doctor and he check if I was dilated and I was just one cm dilated and he did something else to start labor he kept moving his fingers around and I heard my bone crack is that normal... I think it was called a strip membrane but he said it should help me start labor

hopefully I go to labor soon wanna get it over with it I'm 38 weeks and 5 days hopefully the membrane strip works for me I also had it done today at 12:15 and I just feel cramping is that a sign
I just had mine done this am, she said 24-48hrs I would know if it worked, some cramping going on and off course dark smears when I use the bathroom. my back is throbbing and have been chasing my 3 Yr old and niece and nephew all day but nothing consistent. I swear I'll be the one it doesn't work for :'(
she checked to see how far dilated I was and I was only 2 cm. It felt like she was trying to ripping me I had mild spotting

with my first my Dr stripped my membranes. I walked for a little while and then had my daughter that same night
they did that for my first. 40 weeks 3 days I was 3 cm 90% effaced. around 3 pm , and by 11pm labor started. had her at 1:17pm next day.
