I'll be 31 weeks tomorrow, baby girl is measuring 1 lb. and two weeks ahead. The doctor said we'd keep a close eye on the growth and go from there ( he means inducing ) but my mother keeps telling me to just let him induce me a go through with a c section. I DON'T want that. I was induced at 39 weeks with my other child and had him naturally. Any suggestions? I'm a big worrier 😣

1lb at 31 weeks is tiny. All of my babies weighed over 1lb by 24-26 weeks.

@halsey11, I think she mean the baby is weighing 1 pound more then the average baby at 31 weeks.

I'm sorry, I put that wrong. She's measuring a whole pound more than she should be and two weeks ahead! She's 4 lbs right now

they had my son weighing 6 lbs 10 oz at 34 weeks, and not once have I heard mention of inducing. idk why DR's are so quick to wanna induce or schedule a c section these days. good luck to you either way tho..
