how soon did you take you newborn out

I was always told unless it's for doctors appointments, wait until they are at least 4 weeks.

i was told to wait 6 weeks after birth

my sister had her baby on a Friday and was in church that Sunday. shes perfectly fine and healthy

I don't plan on taking my baby out for at least a week. I mean I'll take her places I NEED to go but I won't go and parade her around until atleast a week or so.

I was told to wait for the first 3 months

6 weeks

I've had mine out since 5 days after I had him. I go out to church, the mall, restaurants, walking trails, and ball parks.. I was never told I couldn't take him out! He's only a month old

Now, to add to the question, what season was it when you had your baby? I feel like that plays in too, cause like for me, I'm terrified to take my son our when we have him because it will be so hot.
