Kinda upset because they checked me at 35 weeks and my cervix was still closed but I had to see a different doctor for my 36 week appointment and they didn't bother to check me. I was supposed to have another appointment next week (since I'm into my weekly appointments now) but my doctor didn't have any openings next week, so I won't be going back until my 38 week check up!!! Kind of upset, since I should be having weekly appointments at this far along! Now I won't know if I'm dilating until 2 weeks before my due date and for all we know, baby could come before then anyways!!!! Ugh, just mad.

Hey ladies I have a question my baby is breeched since 20 weeks im 34 weeks now but 2 weeks ago my doctor checked if she was still breeched which she was how do I know if moved head down or if she is how will I know I have my appointment again with doctor on Wednesday so I’m just curious
So if my insurance approved my breast pump a month before I deliver and my doctor won't approve it until 6 weeks post partum has any one ever been told this this crap? Now I can't get a breast pump because they won't sign the prescription until I have my baby and wait 6 weeks just for them to fax back a piece of paper said it's not necessary to have one
I just got home from my doctors appointment , blood pressure : good , weight : 142 lbs , i gained 2 pounds in 2 weeks which is great , baby's heart rate : fantastic , baby's size : approximately 18.2 inches ( 46.2 cm long ) weighs about 5.5 pounds . I had my last cervical check up today , I get the results next week , OBGYN appointments will now be Every WEEK until the END Of my Pregnancy 😉😋😘😄
Ladies who are 36 weeks and further... Does your doctor check your cervix each week? Mine said he's not checking mine until my due date which I think is crazy
When did you ladies start getting checked to see if your dilating? I am 36 weeks 4 days and not once have any of my doctors checked to see if I am or not.. Only been checked to see if my son is head down, and he is.. Last week I went and the doctor said that she didn't wanna check to see if I was dilating cause she didn't wanna "mess with my cervix" 😕 or "get things started" those were her words... FTM
Dilation doesn't always matter. My mom wasn't dilated at all when she went into labor with me. But once she got to the hospital she dilated like crazy. Don't stress too much! Just try to relax and your baby will be here when they're ready.
