What can I do for a migraine? I have already taken 2 Tylenol and drank caffeine. It's killing me.

I asked my doctor to prescribe me something I take it every night before bed cause it makes me sleepy and I go headache free all day. if I forget to take it oh boy. I have a headache from hell.
When you find out let me know. Excedrin was my best friend but I cant take it now. Maybe try a cold washcloth on your forehead or the back of your neck.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
