I read alot about the primrose oil and heard alot of good things.. I've been taking it since Sunday 2000mg orally and you can also "insert" one vaginally. lol I know it's gross but they say it works just like semen to help efface and dialate I go to the doctor on Thursday and I was going to update on here n say if I've progressed At all.. how many weeks are you?

Sperm will help soften your cervix if it's ready to be softened. Everything that will help labor only helps if your body is ready. Hope you have the babe soon :) good luck

I don't think sex is working. with my daughter I went over and we tried everything I could find to help. this go around I don't want to go over and yes my Dr always encourages sex and my so doesn't seem to mind me using him lol But NO Progress So Far

I haven't had to soften mine but I've heard that works also I think sex works, semen softens it I beleive
