I just heard a pop and my stomach "jumped" and now I have a cramp in my lower stomach. Tmi but my underwear was wet and when I wiped after just to check the toilet paper was soaked. There's pressure down there and I feel like I have to pee but lm not sure what it is

I haven't gotten any contractions yet and my mom said I should get them if my water did break its been an hour and I don't feel like I'm leaking. I had a false alarm about 3 weeks ago so I'm really nervous about going back to the hospital.
