1cm dilated and 30% effaced. Now what can I do to move things along, No caster oil recommendations i hated that stuff last time even if it did work.

Sex! Lol as crazy as it sounds, it works! The night before I went into labor my BF and I did the deed, I was at a zero, 4 days past my due date, and my dr. was planning to induce me that Friday. The morning after my water broke and the contractions kicked in. Also try walking up and down stairs and just walking a lot in general!
I had sex and a week later had my daughter at 38 weeks! That was the easiest and the funniest lol
