I have arthritis in my back.. is it safe to use icy hot on my back?

My doctor told me I could use it on my knee because she told me I couldn't have more than 2,000 mgs of Tylenol.

If you're worried ask your doctor. I think mine has said it's ok, but I don't remember for sure

yes you can my Dr told me to use it on my back when I was pregnant for my serve back pain
