Where's good to get bumpers for cots?

my midwife said not to use bumpers as they can be dangerous x

A lot of people have different views on them @sophie94x , personally I want them as baby will be in a Moses basket, in the cot, I will secure the bumpers properly and even tuck them down the side of the mattress, I can only see it being an issue if they are loosely secured and when baby starts pulling, at that stage I will take them off...so back to the question...any idea where I can find some nice ones lol xx

have you looked on vertbaudet they have some nice stuff on there x

I knew putting this post up I would get different views and I've read up on nearly every article I can find on them but in my personal opinion if they are used right and secured right then they can be safe, I will be taking them off once baby is reaching and grabbing things :) @emmajo xx

@briony1994, they have some really lovely things! Also I agree with you and the bumper! I'm going to tuck it all in and for the over heating part, that won't be a problem as my rooms freezing! Just do what you feel is best xx

Like I said I'm going to tuck them in, double knot them, check them every day and once baby starts grabbing and pulling I will take them off until they are older :) I agree with many people because a lot of people have told me that they aren't nessercary and I agree with that but damn they do look cute :) and if checked and secured properly I don't see any issues with them :) @emmajo @beccastirlingx the best thing to do is what you think is best xx
