Sarah·Мама дочки (4 года), беременна (38 нед.)

I have my 36 week Dr appointment tomorrow. This last week I started getting swelling in my ankles and feet. It was pretty bad but I was constantly on my feet, getting things ready for my daughters 4th birthday party. Yesterday I called the on call Dr and he told me to drink lots of water and prop my feet. so I did and it went down dramatically. My friend is still bugging me to go see my Dr early because of Preeclampsia. she's making me nervous. Does the swelling go down if its preeclampsia? Should I be worried? My BP has been great at every visit. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

When the swelling is extreme and you also have high blood pressure or you have blood/protein in your urine...that's when your doctor gets concerned about preeclampsia. If the swelling went down dramatically I wouldn't worry just yet. Your doctor will let you know tomorrow. Seriously get plenty of water and elevate those legs though. Swelling is just a bunch of water retention.

Starting TWW. Anyone else?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

leahbeth I'm so sorry :( hopefully your cycle continues and you get another shot next month.
