How are you feeling otherwise? Any headaches or vision changes? Feeling off? If so you should consider seeing a doctor. If you're feeling ok and nowhere else is swelling up I would recommend putting your feet up and relaxing. Call your doctor to tell them about the swelling just so they can offer better advice and put it in your medical record.

When in doubt, see a doctor. Is it only your ankles? Or are your hands and face swelling up too?
