Anyone please help I have a really bad itchy nose and throat and ears can I take Benadryl I can't sleep and have to go to work in 6 hours 8 hours shift 😭😭😭😭

benadryl and Claritin is what my doctor told me to take my allergies are acting up like crazy benadryl is my best friend right now lol 😊

Ladies what was your work schedule like while pregnant? I work 40 hours a week & have only 2 days off a week . Should I cut my hours back ?
