My poor baby is sick 😢😢 and a couple times today has choked on his mucus. Called the dr, and they said it's a cold, and to keep him elevated. And to just keep an eye on it, for a fever or trouble breathing. It's super scary when your baby is making choking noises and turns red 😳😖 I won't be sleeping tonight.

yes its horrible!! my son was sick like 2 weeks ago😪😪 it was like if he was a newborn again. he would wake up every hour cuz he couldn't breath while he was asleep... and yes doctor told me the same thing if he didn't had a fever it was nothing serious, just keep one of those "booger suckers" like @mrs.japrabbit called it lol (I don't know what its really called) next to you cuz it's pretty much everything you'll be able to use
You should probably use a nasal aspirator along with some saline it's 100% safe for all ages. If you don't have the nasal aspirator then as gross as it may sound try to suck it out of his nose after saline. I used to do it when my daughter was new born and it helped a lot
