Thoughts???

I have friends who have a beautiful 1 year old daughter... We used to always come around when Zoe wasn't here yet. Unfortunately, their daughter isn't vaccinated (their choice) but I feel uncomfortable bringing my daughter around until a year of age so she can have at least a couple more vaccines & play it safe on my baby. How do I let them know nicely that this is how I feel...
