everytime i finish using the bathroom and go lay down afterwards , little drops of urine come out .. does that happen to anyone else ? or just me

Yes or when I finish I feel like I need to go again right after and I sit and it trickles out wth

It happens really bad when I get out of the bath too it just comes out of no where
