I'm hypoglycemic and afraid my blood sugar will drop in my sleep afraid to sleep but so exhausted : ( any tips to prevent that I ate a hour ago a homade burrito and pineapple juice and just dipped my finger in honey in case
i used to be hypoglycemic..i know that when my sugar dropped late at night my body would wake me up.. also i would keep sweets by my bed and i also always had glucose tablets so if my sugar dropped i could just pop one in my mouth and id be alright
