I'm hypoglycemic and afraid my blood sugar will drop in my sleep afraid to sleep but so exhausted : ( any tips to prevent that I ate a hour ago a homade burrito and pineapple juice and just dipped my finger in honey in case

sorry i just saw this..eat something sweet or drink some orange juoce to bring your sugar up

i would get shakey and nauseas and hot/sweaty

@tinyram09, what did your body feel like I just woke up shakey and naseous I'm not sure if that's it? or just a long day

i used to be hypoglycemic..i know that when my sugar dropped late at night my body would wake me up.. also i would keep sweets by my bed and i also always had glucose tablets so if my sugar dropped i could just pop one in my mouth and id be alright

I have the same problem and I eat peanut butter or something that is high in protein right before going to bed or helps to stabilize blood sugars
