Question.. Does anyone have carpal tunnel syndrome in their hands? I wake up every night atleast five times my hands are numb and stiff I don't know what to do 😢 it hurts so bad I got a brace for my hand and it doesn't work

I had the same for my daughter,started when I was 7 months and stopped when she was a month old,my doc prescribed a splint,there's really nothing we can do 😢

Am I wrong for not wanting anybody to hold the baby if it's not me or my husband? If they touch them I have them to sanitize their hands I do it to my kids also??
