@elijahsmommy, I had it before I was pregnant and like what others said it made me bleed heavier. And gave me more painful cramps. I also spent more time bleeding than not. My period would last for like a month then I wouldn't bleed for like a week n then I would start my period again. I got it taken out April-May of 2015 and ended up getting pregnant July 2015. But like someone else said, everybody's body is different. I personally didn't like it and will never get it again.

I had bleeding so much it seemed like I was bleeding more than I wasn't it was annoying and I started looking huge chucks of flesh like stuff which I guess was the shedding of my uterus but it was traumatizing after having a mc the only good thing was light cramps I used to get them so bad i had it for a year and a half and bled most of the time

I only spot for about a week. I've had mine for over a year. The only symptoms I have are cramps. Different bodies. Different symptoms. Personally I like it. I haven't had any problems. It doesn't hurt. No real periods. And I haven't been gaining weight like I did while I was on the depo shot.

I never bled when I had it.. And my body was crazy with pain!

I bled for months, never stopped so i took it out. It was horrible, we'd have to have intercourse in the shower every time. And i stayed on it for over half a year.
