Quick question mamas,NY has had some crazy weather and I'm 6 weeks pregnant with #2. I just came down with a cold and fever,not many options of meds for us pregos...any suggestions??

Neti pot if sinus issues! Pineapple juice and just push liquids Vicks on feet with socks! @nymom28

regular. they told me to take it at night to sleep and help with sinuses and pressure

I take the kids cold and cough mucinex it works so good I have gotten sick twice and felt better within a day or 2 taking it! you can take the pill version too my stomach is too sensitive to take them
