does anyone have identical twins on her or know anything about them and c sections I'm 21 weeks pregnant with identical twin boys they're in their own amniotic sacs but sharing a placenta I'm high risk but i also want to know if anyone whom had a C section what's it like and what am i supposed to eat and drink if I'm breastfeeding idk much and some of the nurses aren't giving me much details

txyogagirl the doctor gave me a dos and don't eat list they said i need to drink lots of water i like to cook so if you have any recipes that are safe for the babies and help with producing breastmilk I'd be very tbankful
its kinda a pain lol i had an appointment today to see a high risk nurse and her name is Julie wheeler then tomorrow i got to go back at 1pm for my ultrasound for the rest of my anatomy

I would see a nutritionist doctors don't get taught much nutrition. @mrsholdenmamatwins9294 also I post all my food and don't eat anything processed it's really simple.

I am death scared of labor now that I know I'm having twins...Some one said having twins is am automatic C Section. That isn't true right? If it isn't and I get to push will the second baby just slide out?? OMG it's to much 😩!!!
Can anyone post pics of recent c section scars? I'm really scared and curious. Preferably if you are diabetic or were during the pregnancy. I'm scared but I need to see.. google images is all over the place .

I need to know as much about c- sections as possible. I will be requesting a scheduled c- section with this baby ( yes it's medically necessary im not giving that info on here tho) I'm scared about it and i know literally nothing about c- sections...
