you need to be honest with your future employers especially if it will affect your job duties and what you will and will not be able to do. yes it may make them hesitant at hiring you, but it's better then not telling them, because I've seen an employer of mine get upset because someone didn't tell them they where pregnant they hired them for a job they thought they where going to be able to do for a while then she turned in her medical leave and they where ticked that they now had to hire someone else to take her spot. if you haven't been at a job for a year they don't have to hold your job when you leave to have the baby
