This is hysterical. The courts granted me custody of my son. emergency custody. Baltimore County won't serve him because he's in Howard. Drive all the way down to Howard and they tell me to go to his house. Uhm. I have a protective order. They give me a number and warn me they can serve him and ask him to give me my son, but they can't make him give him to me. So I looked at her and go "so if he flees, I can't get my son back. She just shrugged her shoulders. The sherif calls and is on his way, but warned the same. This is fucking sick.

@shananaginsx, I am just venting on here because I can keep my composure outwardly that way. I am seriously about to lose it on him

That's 100% legal. They can supervise but they cannot force him. And yes it might be ordered by the judge but regardless they cannot force him because he still is the biological parent. full custody or none. @hermommy

@polkadotcutie not how it is in texas lol when my father took me when I was two he went to jail for kidnapping my mother had sole custody. Every county and state are different

That's not true. I live in Texas and my fiancé is a supervisor deputy for the Sheriff's office. They can only take him from the child if he's inflicting danger. Kidnapping would be one of those instances. What he is doing with her child is not. @hermommy

@polkadotcutie in my case it was true my brother is a state trooper so I know the law as well, My father was arrested for taking me from my mother the judge said he was not allowed near me and that my mother had sole custody he went to jail for a good while. I grew up in Texas and I was not the only case of this.

@emily18234 probably I just know from my experience my father was put in jail behind taking me and not giving me back

State troopers and Deputy officers have different jurisdictions and are allowed to enforce greater regulations. Since she has either contract officers or deputy officers they cannot enforce it themselves. The judge himself would have to go with troopers to remove the child. @hermommy

@polkadotcutie I am aware full custody and sole custody are two different things so my situation is totally different than hers all that happened was me sharing what I went through. That is all I was doing I'm aware of how the law works especially in Texas, two different situations.
