My right breast is engorged and I found out my breast pump isn't working anymore. I latch my daughter on and she pulls off for a second and I spray milk all over her. Lol I freaked out and laughed at the same time. Today's starting off as a crazy day. Now I need to look into a new breast pump. I'm lucky my broken one wasn't expensive
Oh ok. Yeah definitely. Will your insurance pay for one? Maybe ask if you haven't already
It's not suctioning at all. I've had the breast pump for 2.5 years. I used it with my second son as well. I'll have to hand express if my daughter isn't hungry till I get another one. It's the cheap single breast pump from Evenflo so I'm not upset that it doesn't work anymore since it didn't cost a few hundred bucks. I'd like to get a double pump this time so I can try to keep breast feeding my daughter and try to pump some for storage when needed @junesmommy15
Or is it not suctioning at all? I was thinking you need a different flange size. I just had the same problem. My breast pump was not getting any milk out and I found out my flanges were too big. My breast size changed from when I first had my son. I ordered smaller flanges and it worked like a charm. Also try expressing. I pump sometimes but I get more milk by hand expression. Just so your milk won't diminish from being full so long and not emptied.
No suction anymore. I've turned it on the highest it would go and it still wouldn't do anything @junesmommy15
I forgot about that. Thanks for the reminder. I'll call my insurance today and see if I'm approved to get one @junesmommy15
