It's like getting checked for dilation but they go deeper and move there fingers all the way around the membrane. Its uncomfortable but not painful. And your expected to bleed a little afterwards which I did.
Whew she's big 😩 but sometimes I can barely walk because of my back hurts sometimes @delaneyrose
@avamarie, this is my first too. My daughter is already 7 lbs and 7 Oz and I'm only 37 weeks. I'm hoping the doc says she's ready to come now. Bc I can't walk and if I do I can't breathe bc I'm in so much pain
What do they do ? @coltroyalsmama1224 like do they go up in you it something ?
My midwife attempted to do one at 40 weeks and 4 days and even though she wasnt able to do a full one..I had started labor that night at 10pm. For some women though it only takes a coupke hours of that to start labor.
Right , I'm asking cause this my first baby so ion really know nothing .
