Just had an antenatal appointment and the babies heart beat was fast. It did slow down. She asked if i had any caffeine or sugar. I'd only had a cup of tea and a hot cross bun. I asked if i should be worried. She said no as it eventually calmed down to 140 bpm and the baby was having an active moment. Has anyone else had this as i am now really worried. 😱😱😱😱

@emmajo, I know they know how to scare you and then just carry on as if they don't know why you are worried. I'm sure he/she was just getting out the way of being prodded.
When I had my 20w scan the lady scared me saying her heartbeat was slow and then told me it was cause she was tired.. Like thanks for putting the fear of God in me! But yeah probably right that baby was having an active moment xx
