Has anyone with tricare had a water birth? I'm not pregnant. But I'm looking into having a water birth for my next baby. Since I'm in college, I have my dads insurance until I'm 25. So I'm just looking for any type of information. I live by ft Campbell, ky btw.
Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
So my water just broke and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do and I'm home alone

Ladies I'm getting so confused my doctors says I'm having a girl .... But everybody else saying it looks like a boy so I'm wondering 😪 it your having a girl would it look like this ?
Any of you ladies plan on having or have had a natural or water birth ?! With my first I had an epidural but with this baby I’m having a natural water birth and I am nervousssss! 😳😳😳 Can you ladies share your stories or give some tips ?! Thanks! 😊
