try pumping 20 mins on each boob and 5 mins after last drop.

my daughter won't latch so I pump...I pump about every 2hrs or so...10-15min on each boob...I had mastitis in one boob and ever since then I don't even get 2oz out of my boobs... its crazy...I try so hard..

Nurse and pump!!! My lactation consultant told me the only real way to produce milk was to remove milk! I did take fenugreek and more milk plus and they helped a little. Good luck :)
