Ya that's how I am too. The back of my leg is killing me. It's probably from walking around the mall because my ankles hurt too @mama_uhv_4

Oh and sometimes a massage helps, doesn't make it go away but makes it feel good for the time given. I make my husband massage my leg when I get it

Also I saw someone post on here before that mommas burts bees lotion for leg and feet helps, but i could never find any so I'm not sure if it does!

I get those all the time, my mom calls them "growing pains" taking a warm bath always helps the pain for me. I could never figure out how to make them go away (I've gotten it my entire life) but one day my uncle told me hot water, so try a bath!

right tends to be saitica but if it's just the left, watch it for swelling and any odd warmth. it might be worth talking to your ob about it
